Just watched Phelps win #8. That record's gonna stand a LONG time!

Royal Crescent Mob

Nanana

I needed to hear a rockin tune like that. It's always good to listen to great music and forget about the political stuff for a little while.

Andy, Royal Crescent Mob rules !

RC Mob from Cincinnati?
Dogzilla from Boston?

Damn, this brings me baaack! Very fond memories!!

Oh Bluegal, you are my hero for picking this gem. I miss the zany powerpop of my junior high (i think) years.

I love this band! They should have been huge. My band played many shows with Dogzilla and we would cover Lunch With Ed. The nicest bunch of people - smart, funny, generous - almost to a person. Fudgie! I just watched this video last night on George Hall's (the guitar player) Myspace page -

Well I'll be! Dogzilla! I filmed them playing "You Saved Me" at the Paradise for an obscure indie movie in 1990. Bosstones too. Meh-morieeeees....

I think this must have been the second CD I ever owned (first was Operation MindCrime by Queensryche). Given to me by my older brother, right before he gave King Missle and years before I heard of King Crimson.

Weird... I forgot how much I loved this album.

On a totally different theme, anyone catch the Democracy Now! where they talked about how the Olympic Games in China were a several billion dollar boon to private security industry, and huge leap forward for the Chinese Police State?

Why's Bush really there? Because his buddies in the war Profiteering business are making tons of money. At our (and the Tibetans, and Chinese people's) expense.

Phelps may win, but at what cost? And why isn't he or other Olympians in Iraq or Afghanistan? Or, are they - why hasn't that been mentioned?

This one's in The Aristocrats archives!

These guys are HORRIBLE! They can't play, they can't sing....Yuck

Eternal Vigilance the obscure indie flick was called Steal Away. I remember Dogzilla very much great band!
