Late Night Music Club with Mike Doughty
"I Just Want the Girl in the Blue Dress to Keep on Dancing" from earlier this year. Mike points out on his blog that the usual MySpace profile is now required by law for all bands and musical artists.

What an enjoyable tune that was. Mike Doughty makes fine music. Thanks, bg.
The End ~ The Doors
Woody Guthrie Song ~ Way Over Yonder in the Minor Key
To the American People...
Top Rankin' ~ Bob Marley.
I figured you would have put up his lament about the problems of returning soldiers, Fort Hood. Still, this is a good song from his newest CD. Thanks BG.
Orangutan, you know that I love The Doors, you sly devil.
The Woody Guthrie song is wonderful. So many fascinating paintings in the video, too.
Great stuff, O! Thanks.
I like Mike Doughty, yeah!
I'd love to see Fort Hood here, too, but the album version isn't nearly as good as he sounds live..
I don't know Doughty's solo work as well as Soul Coughing. But everything he does is just so durn good. I'm a have to go buy this one!

Time for this chick to get some zeds now. Had fun!
Nice seeing you again, Calg. I've been rather busy lately (and not only because of a silly little (LOL!) hurricane. I'm actually finally working on some music again! And of course if I don't post whatever I come up with on my blog first, it will be posted on the C&L "Early Late Night Wake Up Club" (as I like to call it) first.)
I do love me some Soul Coughing. It's good that Mike is getting his life back together.
I don't need to walk around in circles, walk around in a circle, kometes.
Nice~ I also like his cover of Mary J Blije's Real Love :
