Peaceful and calming. Thanks, bluegal.

AEIOU Sometimes Y

(sorry about the ad- vid for the song has been pulled from the Tube and DailyM)

and those videos are fun to watch!

Dolby is always an original treat. I always enjoy it when horns and flute are added to the mix. Outstanding!

Cal Gal,

I've been wondering forever, what is your favorite kind of music? Why don't you post links?

I just love ya but would love to know more about ya through your favorite music. :) :) :)

Even if you don't have a link, what is your favorite type of music? I don't much about Canada but are you driving around booming Bass CDs or more of a Country Gal? Myself, I like everthing if it deserves artistic recognition. I love people for having all sorts of tastes.

Thanks for being so upbeat always.

and certain kinds of country music drive me up the wall. I love strings, horns, bagpipes, piano, choir music, gospel, rock, blues ... you name it!

Let's see now, in my car I have BNL, Bruce Cockburn, Steely Dan, Van Morrison, Doobie Brothers, Blood Sweat & Tears, and Beatles CDs which I crank up while I speed dangerously down the roads.

As for posting links, I don't know how to. Shameful, ain't it. It's easier just to click on everybody else's ... let them do all the dirty work, I say.

:)

I love to hear what kind of music you like. It shows your spirit.

Don't feel bad about not knowing how to post links, I didn't know how until a year or two ago.

Geez, I was already to go into the mystic with ya with Van Morrison but I guess he's owned.

Here's the best I could do on youtube.(RIP youtube anyway)

VAN MORRISON - Brown Eyed Girl

And here's a guy who tries to belt it in into the mystic, bless his soul. It's heartfelt.

Thanks for your nice words ... I appreciate your kindness and understanding about posting links. Being around the computer wizards here and not knowing basic stuff like that is kind of intimidating for a novice like me.

Thanks also for the Van Morrison tune. His music speaks for itself but what has always intrigued me about him is the fact that he never seems to smile. I wonder what he is like in real life.

He's an Irishman. I've always been moved by the man. Smiling or not.

Here's the wiki link:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Van_Morrison

I really love his lyrics when he says:

"I want to rock your gypsy soul..."

and by the way there are people reading this who like to scorn the music thread while they secretly rock out to shit this awful. Give succor to soccer moms. They like it.

As Joni says, 'Sex sells'. So true.

He's proof that anyone with a voice, an instrument and a heart can make beautiful music.

We posted at the same time.

I love music so much I just want anyone and everyone to post. I'm bummed cuz it's just us but I'm happy.

<

Let's chat sometime ... I love you too! You always make me feel happy.

Goodnight for now.

:)

I'm going to show you how to post links.
It's easy. Lafin taught me how and miss kitty taught me how to hyper link. 1st things first. Cutting and Pasting.

Up at the top of this page, you'll see an address bar.Or browser.
Right now, it says http://lnmc.crooksandliars.com/bluegal/cls-la.... Or something almost exactly like it. Do you see it? Good. That's the first thing. Knowing that's the address that you'll want to link. The address will change everytime you go to a different page. It can be anything. MSN,C&L, Think Progress, New York Times, What ever site you wish to visit. That bar shows you the address of the site your in at that time. OK? no problem.

Next, on your mouse there is a left click and a right click.
If your on a laptop, the same principle applies. Only it not a mouse. It's stationary right in the middle.
Now, When you want to cut an address, you left click the address and it will turn blue. That's what it's supposed to do.
Then, while it's blue you right click and a little page will drop down saying, Cut, Copy, Paste and delete.
Left click on Cut or Copy . Now you've got the address saved.
Go to the comment box. Left click so you can start typing in the Comment box then, right click in the comment box again.
The little page will drop again. This time it will say.
Cut, Copy, Paste and delete. Paste will be highlighted. Left click on paste. You should be seeing the address you just Cut or Copied. That's it. We'll get to hyper linking next time. That one turns out to be easy too.
I hope this helps. Have fun! It's a lot easier than it looks.
When Lafin taught me, I saved his instructions till I got it down. It really is easy. Now, start doing the dirty work!:)

That was very sweet of you. :)

I have been trying what you suggest but when I get back to the Comment box and left click, nothing happens. If I right click, I get the Cut, Copy, Paste option. When I left click on Paste, the blue link goes above the Subject line and is not inside the Comment box. Arrggh! Oh well, here goes:

I tried to link to 'Like A Virgin', since I'm linking for the very first time (hehe), but YouTube wouldn't let me. Who cares, I don't like Madonna anyway!

Thanks again, dear Mudshark! You are my new best friend.

:)

I have to go out shopping for a little bit now, but I'm looking forward to my next lesson with my most excellent teacher. Thanks for putting a big smile on my face today, muddy!

:)

for the evening.

Thanks for all the tunes. Good night, everyone. Sleep tight!

Here's some beautiful kind of experimental electronica/jazz music from a very cool Swedish band. I love Matti Bye.
