I just watched Kill Bill, Vol I & II with my 80 year old father who is visiting me for two weeks over the weekend and I had to post this song...

C&L's Late Nite Music Club with Sheryl Crow

As I type this, the clouds are gathering above my home, ready for another spring shower here. My family and I will be participating in a clean up project for EarthDay this weekend and I'm hoping that we'll be blessed with sunny skies.

Soak Up The Sun from C'mon C'mon

Sheryl Crow is on a Stop Global Warming Tour with Laurie David right now.

C&L's Late Nite Music Club with Question Mark and the Mysterians

(guest blogged by Howie Klein)

In 1966, Question Mark and the Mysterians had a #1 hit with "96 Tears." And he's had a nice career as an entertainer since then. Unfortunately, last weekend all the mementos of his 40 years in music went up in smoke.

A fire destroyed his entire Michigan home. He's asking anyone with Question Mark memories to contact him on his MySpace Page or to write to him at his post office box: Question Mark and the Mysterians P.O. Box 96 Clio, MI 48420

C&L Late Nite Music Club with Leon Redbone

Sweet Sue, When You Wish On A Star, I Ain't Got Nobody

It's the weekend after Thanksgiving, so naturally, my kids are already anticipating Christmas. My daughter decided to play the Elf movie soundtrack to get us in the Christmas mood. Leon and Zooey Deschanel do a fantastic version of "Baby, It's Cold Outside" on it that always has me humming along.

C&L's Late Nite Music Club with New Order

Wednesday with Howie.

(guest blogged by Howie Klein)

Sometimes I go walking in the hills behind my house with my iPod plugged into my head and for an hour I'll just listen to one song over and over until I'm hallucinating on it. Last weekend the song was Krafty" from the latest New Order album, WAITING FOR THE SIREN'S CALL. This is Morel's Pink Noise Vocal mix (so not the version on the album).
