With their strange and experimental music video, Suburban Lawns gained a pretty decent following in the late '70s-early '80s. This song in particular got a pretty good amount of attention on new wave radio stations and another video of theirs even got shown on Saturday Night Live. It'd have been interesting to see what would have happened if they hung around a little longer...
