The Who and Pete Townshend perform one of the all time great rock grooves with their 1982 hit song, Eminence Front
September 10, 2015

I don't know, but there's just something about the groove of this track that makes everything better. No matter what's going on in my life, if this song comes on, it instantly puts a smile on my face. And I'm sure you noticed that this tune is used in movies and TV as well. I recently became a huge Person of Interest fan and they use this song at the end of episode 12, season 2 called "Prisoner's Dilemma," after John Reese finally gets released from prison after an FBI agent used the Patriot Act to imprison him. It's the kind of groove that depicts a triumph over a difficult circumstance. It's just so cool.

What's up with you?
