I am a Christian, I am also a Democrat. But first, remember this, one should understand that a right wing Christian, should be properly defined as a "rapturist". Raised "Pentecostal" I cannot attest to why, but I never felt at home in their teachings. I believe, "judge not, lest ye be judged" and the greatest of all commands, "love one another". I am not preaching, and without any protest acknowledge that had I been born in Saudi- I would be Islamic.
My "Jesus" suffered for his liberal views, would not be found at the politicians homes, or Pharisees, but most probable with us "sinners" breaking bread. Unfortunately, millions of Christians have been taken in by books like "left behind"-- I found it for a quarter at the second hand shop and can give you a one line synopsis.
