Is it Trump or CNN paying Corey Lewandowski a half a million dollars to act like he's still Donald's campaign manager? It''s hard to tell when we watch segments like this and I'd be pissed if I was the cadre of surrogates that CNN uses defending Trump, because they are getting shortchanged.

The racist "Star of David' tweet that Trump sent out is still being defended by the Lewandowskis as nothing more that a simple error, no apology needed.

Christine Quinn, a Clinton supporter and Vice Chair of New York Democratic party finally got fed up with him filibustering and said, "You have to be quiet!”

Katherine Krueger writes:

Lewandowski, a CNN political commentator, warned Quinn not to malign Dan Scavino, the Trump aide responsible for the controversial tweet.

“I don’t think we can impugn Dan Scavino, I don’t think there’s any malice there. And you don’t know him, so I’d be very careful about that,” Lewandowski replied.

He went on to cite Trump’s “long and storied history” of leading parades and supporting Israel as evidence the tweet was not intended to be anti-Semitic.

In a statement posted Monday evening on Facebook, Scavino said he did not source the meme from a white supremacist site and that it was based on the shape of a “sheriff’s badge.”

“As the Social Media Director for the campaign, I would never offend anyone and therefore chose to remove the image,” he said in the statement.

Meanwhile Donald Trump continues to bash anyone or any organizations who takes offense to his anti-Semitic tweet.

CNN's Errol Louis still made the best case against the Trump campaign when he said, "I think everybody, everybody who's not a complete partisan understands exactly what his campaign is doing. They understand that it is deliberate. They understand that they're playing footsie with some very dangerous radical, disgusting elements of this country and that they hope to ride in the White House based on that support, and it's disgraceful.
