Now that it's over, and the suspense is no longer keeping us up late, it's kind of fun to watch the little one-act play on the floor of the Senate last night.

It's 19 seconds of drama that resulted in Sen. McCain giving a thumbs down on Mitch McConnell's pride and joy -- and Donald Trump's key legislation.
