Before leaving for meetings with NATO in Brussels and then his chum Putin, Trump took to Twitter to bash our closest allies, again.

Mouthing off like a buffoon by constantly complaining about monies being owed to the biggest economy in the world is fracturing the NATO alliance as members fear what he'll do or say next. That's not a strategy, it's narcissism and decades of uneducated qualms being aired out in public, which is precisely what Russia wants.

MSNBC's Peter Alexander played some cringe-worthy video.

Trump said, "I have NATO, I have the UK, which has been somewhat turmoil, and I have Putin. Frankly, Putin may be the easiest one of all, who would think?"

Trump has treated Putin like he's Trump's co-president.

Alexander asked, "Would you say Vladimir Putin is a friend or foe?"

Trump replied, "I really can't say right now. as far as I'm concerned, a competitor. a competitor.

How the f%*k can he call Russia a competitor? We aren't bidding for a contract against them for a golf course in Scotland.

They are our enemies.

I know they wanted Donald to win the election so he's grateful; very grateful.

They murder their rivals in their own country and on our allies land and unabashedly hacked into our 2016 elections with no hint of regret.

Laughing as they go.

Trump is enabling them to continue making a mockery out of our system of Democracy by infiltrating it with nary a care in the world.

They have to have something on him.

But NATO, those deadbeats.....
