Speaking on Jen Psaki's first MSNBC show, the Democratic House leader flamed Mike Pence for refusing to stand up against Trump's criminality and instead sat down on the US Constitution.

Biden's former White House Press Secretary began her first program by discussing Trump's possible indictment and his efforts to cause chaos. Psaki then played some of Pence's remarks during his interview on ABC earlier Sunday.

"[Pence] is a guy who the mob tried to hang back on January 6th. He's criticizing the district attorney in those comments instead of Trump---what was your reaction when you heard the former vice president's comments?" Psaki asked.

"Well, Vice President Pence knows better and he has embarrassed himself and that's unfortunate," Rep. Jeffries said. "George Washington in his farewell address to the nation said that the Constitution is sacredly obligatory upon all."

"That means everyone," he said. "That includes former presidents of the United States of America because in this great country of ours, no one is above the law."

Exactly.

Republican cowardice is revolting.
