You might not believe this, but there are actually people out there who think that Diaper Donny is really a clever chap and is able to come up with his barbs and witty retorts all by himself. Puh-lease! When TFG is left to his own devices, the best anyone can hope for is "covfefe."
No, it takes a team of dedicated professionals to come up with clever nicknames like "Meatball" DeSantis. They have to find just the right word to broadcast disdain, appear witty, but not be too difficult for the TFG to pronounce, much less remember.
