Alan Dershowitz told Sean Hannity that he has to give clients special Miranda warnings after a federal judge ruled prosecutors can pierce attorney-client protections under the provision of the crime-fraud exception.

Sean Hannity ran his usual segment defending Trump.

Pam Bundy said she was glad Trump was fighting and then claimed there is no longer an attorney-client privilege exception.

"What about attorney-client privilege," Hannity asked.

Well, it's out the window now, right?" Bondy said. "The attorney-client privilege has been thrown out the window because of Donald Trump," she said.

She's right in a way. The thing she omits is that Trump hired lawyers to commit crimes. That's the exception in the law, of course.

Dershowitz, not to be outdone, jumped in.

"I have to now tell all my clients, I have to give them Miranda warnings, 'what you tell me may no longer be secure' because of what these judges.." Dershowitz said.

"Are you now serious?" Hannity asked.

"I'm serious. I have to give that warning to my clients now," he responded.

Hey Dersh, it's not cool for an attorney to help their client commit a crime.

One has to wonder how many criminals have asked Dersh to break the law on their behalf. Is this a half-baked confession by Alan?

In making her ruling, the judge, Beryl A. Howell, found that the government had met the threshold for a special provision of the law known as the crime-fraud exception. That provision allows prosecutors to work around attorney-client privilege when they have reason to believe that legal advice or legal services have been used in furthering a crime.
