It Looks Like Trump Is Going To Cancel His Big Press Conference
August 17, 2023

It looks like Donald Trump may actually be listening to his lawyers for once. Shortly after the massive RICO indictment came out in Fulton County, Georgia, Donald Trump stated that he would be holding a press conference on Monday to respond to the grand jury indictment. In a Truth Social post, he stated that the report would be coming from his team and it would prove that there was definitely super duper massive election fraud and that all charges should be DROPPED.

Actually, he called it "A Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT on the Presidential Election Fraud which took place in Georgia."

But it looks like the press conference may be OFF. ABC News is reporting that the press conference is "very much in doubt." Apparently Trump's legal advisers "have told him that holding such a press conference with dubious claims of voter fraud will only complicate his legal problems and some of his attorneys have advised him to cancel it."

GREAT LEGAL ADVICE.

Outside of the press conference, Trump has been retruthing lies about the election. It is unclear if he will ever be able to keep his mouth shut. Or if he can keep his stubby little miniature hotdog fingers from typing. As much as I would love to see him under a gag order, it is great to just let him keep talking. Every post is another piece of evidence the prosecutors can use against him.

One of my favorite proverbs applies to Donald Trump: "Give someone enough rope, and they will hang themselves".

Let's give him more rope.
