Worrell had been under house arrest in Florida, after a judge validated his civil rights complaints about treatment in jail. But later, information surfaced that his complaints were a load of BS. Just like his claims that he committed no crime at the Capitol and that the Proud Boys are “not a racist white supremacist group like the media tries to portray.”

Now, Worrell has disappeared. He was already likely to be hit with lengthy prison time on Friday, the day of what should have been his sentencing. Prosecutors had asked for 14 years. Whatever sentence the judge had decided to hand down will almost certainly be much greater now.

The hearing was canceled and a warrant for his arrest issued.

The FBI asks anyone with information about Worrell to contact their local FBI office or the nearest American embassy or consulate.

UPDATE: And here's what he's alleged to have done, pepper-sprayed the cops in the face, and with photo and video evidence he's looking at years in prison. Prosecutors are seeking up to 14 years behind bars for Christopher Worrell.
