Former President Donald Trump isn't good at following orders. Magistrate Judge Moxila Upadhyaya was very specific with her two warnings to Trump: Don't commit a crime and don't tamper with the jury.
"It is a crime to try to influence a juror or to threaten or attempt to bribe a witness or any other person who may have information about your case, or to retaliate against anyone for providing information about your case to the prosecution, or to otherwise obstruct the administration of justice," Upadhyaya said to Trump.
We all knew that he wouldn't be able to keep that promise. On Thursday, Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform:
IF YOU GO AFTER ME, I'M COMING AFTER YOU!
Special Counsel Jack Smith's office isn't happy with the thrice impeached former President's behavior.
U.S. prosecutors flagged Trump's threatening post in a late-night court filing on Friday, arguing that it suggests he might intimidate witnesses by improperly disclosing confidential evidence received from the government.

As Scott MacFarlane noted on Twitter, it only took a few hours for Trump's post to make its way into the prosecutor's criminal case filings. They are not screwing around. This is the first time Trump has been held accountable for his actions.
