Moore is so desperate to stop the prosecution of Donald Trump and his 18 co-defendants that you have to wonder if he didn’t play a part in the alleged scheme. Especially since he said he has “many friends” among the accused.

Whatever the reason, Moore went on Steve Bannon’s show to call for another undemocratic overthrow, this time of the duly-elected Fulton County district attorney, Fani Willis. Bannon is facing fraud and money laundering charges in New York after getting a pardon from Trump on similar federal charges as well as a jail sentence for defying a Jan. 6 committee subpoena (he’s free pending appeal).

In MAGA world, it’s a crime to enforce the rule of law.

“It’s just like Nazi Germany,” Moore falsely claimed. Last I heard, Willis was not planning to invade any countries and she’s not rounding up anyone based on their ethnicity. A grand jury has indicted the 19 defendants based on evidence presented to it.

Apparently, Georgia’s Republican governor, Brian Kemp, is part of the Fourth Reich, too, because he seems to put the rule of law over Trump. “He looks at Donald Trump as an enemy,” Moore whined.

“I've got a friend who's being indicted, many friends,” Moore continued. “I'm trying to speak out for my friends.”

Moore sounded almost panicked as he went on to complain his colleagues in the state senate are “so reluctant” because they don’t want to “say anything” because they might be charged for obstruction of justice.

His constituents, on the other hand, “couldn’t be more excited about this fight that I’ve pushed out” because “they see what’s going on” and “they’re scared for themselves.” He pushed the right-wing BS that his buddies are being prosecuted because “they spoke out against an election.”

Moore has called for a special session of the legislature to investigate Willis but judging from his nearly hysterical tone, it doesn’t seem to be working out so well.

He threatened civil war if he doesn’t get his way – because he’s only thinking of his constituents. “We need to be taking action right now because if we don't, our constituencies are going to be fighting it in the streets. Do you want a civil war? I don't want a civil war. I don't want to have to draw my rifle,” he said, in a not-bad imitation of a MAGA mobster.

No, he’d rather “make this problem go away” by defunding Willis of any tax dollars. He’s also hoping MAGA Reps. Jim Jordan and Andy Biggs “will follow suit in Congress and strip her of her federal dollars, too, because she is not upholding her oath to the Constitution.”

The Orwellian nature of MAGA world is just breathtaking.
