Donald Trump must be feeling the heat after special counsel Jack Smith requested a January 2 trial date in the case charging him with plotting to overturn his 2020 election loss. And then Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has asked a judge to set a trial date of March 4, 2024, for Trump and his 18 co-defendants. So, he took to his struggling Truth Social platform to air his grievances while sprinkling them with lies.

"Remember, all of these Indictments, Federal, State, and Local, were conceived and generated by Crooked Joe Biden and his staff of Radical Left Lunatics and Thugs for purposes of interfering with the 2020 Presidential Election," Trump falsely said. "None of these trials should be allowed to begin prior to the Election. Republicans must get tougher and smarter, FAST!"

The investigations were launched before Trump announced his bid for the White House, so it isn't election interference. And Trump announced really early, but I'm sure that's just a coinkydink. Also, President Biden has nothing to do with this. Trump didn't have an administration -- it was a crime spree with a revolving door.

"Why doesn't Fox and Friends show all of the Polls where I am beating Biden, by a lot," Trump falsely said. "They just won't do it! Also, they purposely show the absolutely worst pictures of me, especially the big "orange" one with my chin pulled way back. They think they are getting away with something, they're not. Just like 2016 all over again…And then they want me to debate!"

According to RealClearPolitics, Trump is polling at 44% while Biden is at 44.4%. That's all of the polls combined. So, he's not "beating Biden by a lot." In fact, Biden is beating by a very narrow margin.

As for the "orange" photo he objects to, that could be any of them. He's not an attractive man.
