It's been 1,158 days since the 2020 Presidential election, and we're still finding evidence against Donald Trump after he tried to steal the election from Joe Biden by any means necessary. He could still do that in a heartbeat, and Republicans wouldn't care. According to internal campaign emails, Trump's campaign directly orchestrated the filing of a certificate, signed by 16 Michigan Republicans, that falsely claimed he won the state's 2020 election. Sigh.

We can toss out the Republican narrative that fake electors were to be used solely if the courts ruled in Trump's favor in challenging the 2020 election. Trump's campaign was deeply involved in claiming Michigan as a victory even though Biden won the state in the 2020 election by nearly 3%.

The Messenger reports:

According to the emails reviewed by the Detroit News, it was Trump campaign staffers who submitted the fake elector certificate to federal agencies.

The emails also showed that despite the fake elector certificate showing RNC Committeewoman Kathy Berden as the sender, it was a Trump campaign staffer who got the document ready to ship.

Former Trump attorney Kenneth Chesebro sent and received some of the emails obtained by the Detroit News.

Chesebro is known to have cooperated with investigators in Michigan, who are still carrying out their investigation into the attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

I hate when writers add 'boom' to an article, but this is absolutely boom-worthy, right? BOOM!

I'm pretty damn sure that Jack Smith knows about this.
