During a faux hearing conducted by Rep. Chip Roy and Marjorie Taylor Greene, the Georgia Congresswoman stated the desire to abolish the FACE act which prohibits threats of force, obstruction and property damage intended to interfere with reproductive health care services.

Activist Terrisa Bukovinac attacked the FACE act complaining that it was being unfairly used against peaceful anti-abortion protestors. She claimed nine of her friends are in jail awaiting trial and could face eleven years in prison.

"They shouldn't be that way," Greene said. "And we will appeal the FACE act if we can get the opportunity. I know each of us definitely would."

FACE stands for "Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act."

In 1994, in response to an increase in violence toward providers and patients of reproductive health services, Congress enacted the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, commonly referred to as "FACE" or the "Access Act." FACE prohibits violent, threatening, damaging and obstructive conduct intended to injure, intimidate, or interfere with the right to seek, obtain or provide reproductive health services.

Marge and her violent cohort can stuff it.
