For tonight's Music Club, we learn about WWII submarine classes.

A midget submarine is not some weird, punk rock metaphor, but actually a type of submarine used in WWII. However, I don't think that's what this song is about. As for their actual meaning, your guess is as good as mine. Regardless, the sound of their debut album, A Trip to Marineville was instrumental to the UK punk scene and shaped the sounds of many bands to come after them.
