A week after the other late night shows had returned, The Daily Show has returned. And it was well worth the extra wait. The guest host for the week is Michael Kosta, who immediately started in on the violence happening in the Middle East. He also took shots at TFG and his legal troubles and the fall of Rite Aid. Then to round up the opening, Desi Lydic goes out to talk to women about the most pressing issue in America - the Taylor Swift movie.
The only sad note to the return of The Daily Show is the knowledge that Roy Wood, Jr. left the show when the producers didn't offer him the position of permanent host.
